  • Assist state leaders to develop a network of state leadership teams in low- and moderate-income communities, from banking, education, philanthropy, and workforce development, to identify and address obstacles to systemic inclusion.
  • Share promising and proven practices for Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) investment for digital equity in support of educational and economic opportunity.
  • Develop a national network of state leaders sharing best practices in mobilizing for sustained investment in digital equity and systemic inclusion.
